A Report of the event “Vatttan Project in Partnership with Choom Gallery”
“Vatttan Project in Partnership with Choom Gallery” event was held in February 2024 for three days in the city of Bandar Anzali. This event was divided into two parts and was led by two masters: Mohammad Ghazalei and Mehdi Behboudi.
First Part: Mohammad Ghazalei Class
In the first part of this event, photography class was held by Mohammad Ghazalei master. In this class, attendees found the time for discussing their photography projects with Ghazalei master and enjoyed his experiments and guidance.
Second Part: “Cotton Swab” workshop with Mehdi Behboudi
In the second part of this event, “Cotton Swab” workshop was held by Mehdi Behboudi master with the focus on “sound, listening and listening experience”. In this workshop attendees experienced sounds and at the last day they went to the city streets to be informed of another listening experience through recording sounds.
Attendance and Participation
Altogether, more than 12 people attended in the event and well received its various programs.
“Vatttan Project in Partnership with Choom Gallery” event was valuable opportunity for those interested in photography and sounds to become familiar with new concepts and techniques and gaining some new experiences.
