“Darkness is not the absence of light.” This statement serves as the core theme of an artistic event that invites you to a sensory and intellectual experience in an unconventional space. The exhibition aims to challenge the usual understanding of darkness and seeks to redefine it as a concept beyond the simple opposition to light.
The exhibition, by artist Mehrab Ramezani, under the curation of Maryam Ashkanyan, is presented in an innovative format that invites the audience to engage more closely with the hidden ideas behind the veil of darkness.
This event also offers a unique opportunity to participate in a Monotype Printing Workshop, where you can create your own artistic prints and immerse yourself in the world of creative darkness.

Mehrab Ramezani (born February 15, 1998, in Rasht) is a painter who signs his works under the name “Ze Javanmard Ghassab.”
He began studying the language of visual art with Kourosh Safabakhsh and later continued his education in painting at the University of Tehran.
He sees himself more as an observer than a stylist.
