Artist statement:
Her practice is grounded in an ongoing investigation of the tension between freedom
and constraint, movement and stillness, and the interplay of organic, dynamic forms
against repetitive and predictable backgrounds. At first glance, her works appear to
stage an encounter between geometric structures and rhythmic patterns with gestural,
improvised lines. Yet beneath this formal dialogue lies a deeper meditation on her lived
experience of repetition
